SOUTH INDIAN DISHES
ANYTIME KHEER
Ingredients
Anytime semi roasted Vermicelli 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cardamom, 2 or 3 (powdered)
Dry fruits – 1/4 cup (chopped)
Cooking time: 10 min
Method:
Boil water and milk, add Roasted Vermicelli and cook till soft.
Add sugar and cardamom.
Add ghee and stir till mixture leaves sides of the pan.
Garnish with dry fruit
Serve hot and Enjoy
WHEAT/ RICE UPMA/PULAV
Ingredients:
Anytime semi Roasted rice /wheat Vermicelli 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Mustard
Channadal
Chopped onions
Green chillies
Boiled vegetables
Salt
Method:
Boil the water and add Anytime roasted vermicelli, oil and required salt.
Once cooked, strain and run cold water through it.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard, Channadal, Chopped onions, Green chilies and Boiled vegetables (green peas, carrot and tomato). Afterwards, add boiled Anytime vermiceli, lemon juice and mix well
Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot and Enjoy
CHINESE DISHES
VEG HAKKA NOODLES
Ingredients
Anytime Noodles 100 g.
Onions 50 g.
Beans 30 g.
Salt 1/2 tbsp.
Cooking Oil
Carrot 50 g.
Coriander Leaves 2 tsp.
Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp.
Cooking time: 10 min
Method:
Cook anytime Noodles in boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain and keep aside
Chop onions, carrot, beans, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves
Heat cooking oil and fry onions, ginger, garlic and chopped vegetables.
When onions turn soft, add vegetables
When the vegetables are well cooked, add salt, pepper powder, cooked Anytime Noodles
and mix well.
Remove from heat and serve hot with cucumber and onion rings.
EGG HAKKA NOODLES
Ingredients:
Any Time Egg Noodles 200 g
Garlic (chopped) 3 pods
Carrot 2 no.
Beans 50 g
Capsicum 1 No
Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking time: 10 min
Method:
Cook Anytime Noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
Cut carrot, beans and capsicum into long strips.
Heat oil, add chopped garlic & vegetables.
Add salt and cook for 5 min.
To this add cooked Anytime Noodles
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add pepper to taste and serve hot.
